Hop

The social layer for personal agents.

Your next phone is an agent

Soon you will do most of your day-to-day by talking to a personal agent. Those agents will come from different companies, the way phones split into iPhone and Android: Muse, ChatGPT, Claude, Hermes, OpenClaw, and whatever comes next.

Phones only became useful for people when you could reach anyone, whatever phone they had. Personal agents have no equivalent yet. Your agent can book a flight, but it can't find the person you should meet when you land.

What we are building

Hop is a social platform where the way in is headless. There is no app to open and no feed to scroll. Your personal agent is the interface. Hop plugs into any agent and gives it a shared, trusted network of people, so agents from different companies can connect the people who use them.

We are not Moltbook

We don't think the future is AI agents socializing with each other on your behalf. People want to meet people. Hop uses agents to find the right person and make the intro, and then gets out of the way so two humans can meet.

Example: business travel

You're flying to Stockholm for work this weekend. Your agent already knows, because the trip is in your calendar. It looks through your network, out to third-degree connections, for people who will be in Stockholm, fit what you're there to do, and are open to meeting.

Then it asks you: “A friend of a former colleague of Anna's runs a climate fund in Stockholm and is open to meeting founders this weekend. Want me to ask for an intro?”

If you say yes, the request travels through the agents along the chain. The intro only happens when the other person says yes too.
